Reasonably priced accommodation for an unexpected weekend away.

Pros: We stayed in the Daisy Cottage which is a spacious 1 bedroom self catering cottage. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Comfortable and clean. The showers water pressure is fantastic. We didn’t realize the cottage got cleaned in the morning so it was a pleasant surprise to have arrived back from our parkrun to find that our dishes from the night before had been cleaned. (We actually felt bad as we always do the dishes before we head out however with the Dullstroom Parkrun canceled due to the heavy rains, we left early to head to Nelspruit to make the Riverside Reserve parkrun in time)

Cons: Just the parking area - especially when there has been a huge amount of rain. We battled to get the car out early Saturday morning and ended up using some of the firewood provided to “MacGyver” our way out at 4am in the morning. Thank goodness we did not make a fire on the Friday evening 🤣

Excellent value for money. Unique. Friendly, helpful staff and in close proximity of excellent restaurants.

Pros: It’s a lovely property. Each room has an identity of its own and the lady that greeted us upon arrival was friendly, helpful and made us all feel welcome. I would recommend this establishment to all who visit Dullstroom!
