Exceptional customer service

Pros: The place is neat and clean and easy to find , the owner called us to check if we are not having difficulty locating the venue. On arrival she offered us other rooms that catered for our families needs much better than what we initially booked. She gave us a warm welcome .Her place is home away from home my family and I enjoyed our stay. On departure she promised to check us later if we arrived home safely this shows she is not only running the business she cares about her guests safety and wellbeing. Thank you so much mama may God give you strength to keep on accommodating more guests

Very good

Pros: I didn't have breakfast but I liked the cosy house, clean and comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and always checked up on me. I would choose them again anytime.

Cons: That I wasnt told that failure to arrive between 15:00 to 18:30 would cost me R200. The rules snd policies were declared to me on whatsapp but not the R200 fine.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The place is so neat and is so extremely safe. The lady who welcomed me was so friendly.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that there was no WiFi.

Pros: Safety. Close to tourist facilities and shops. Worked well with the staff. Parking. Self catering.

Cons: Curfew. Though for safety, it needs to take into consideration that guests are there for various reasons that may keep them out till late. People might also need relaxed and cost free arrangements around check-in, when late. Please include key deposit in the initial booking. This may cause drama during check-in.

The host was very nice to us😇 it was a peaceful getaway

Pros: The host is very friendly and accommodating… She went the extra mile for us. The house is very big and retains the antique ambiance that many of us South Africans grew up around. The views are stunning. The place is tranquil and It is located close to all the attractions. Our breakfast was also nice.

Cons: There is no WiFi, the doors and the main gate could do with some improvement though (locking them was a bit tough)

Excellent place at an affordable place

Pros: The place was very clean, comfortable and staff were friendly. The place is next to most activities such as beach island, spar, restaurants, God's window, Wonder view, Gorges lifts. The place is very safe with alarms and security locking the gates at 22h00. There is a beautiful kitchen with a lounge and a veranda where you can relax with your family. Beautiful garden and good view in the morning.

Cons: Not having wifi
