It was a lovely breakaway for my wife and I.

Pros: The Jacuzzi was a winner, we spent most of our time in it. We also enjoyed the breakfast very much.

Cons: The bathroom was not the best. It has a damp smell. The silicone by the shower needs redoing as it leaks. I believe this is also what is causing the damp smell.

Pros: The owner and staff were so welcoming and superb service was offered . The property was clean and interior was top notch not missing out the garden view while enjoying the jacuzzi. Am definitely coming back

A truly unforgettable, peaceful, and romantic stay that we cannot wait to experience again.

Pros: Our stay at Thulamela was exceptional from start to finish. Penny was an incredible host, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay without hesitation. We celebrated our anniversary there and left feeling completely rejuvenated and more connected than ever. The rest and calm we experienced at Thulamela truly did wonders for us. The food was a highlight. We looked forward to breakfast every day, it was delicious and so good that we even incorporated the ideas into our own meals. The braai salad was fresh, and the couscous salad was outstanding, still thinking about it even now. The staff were a solid 10 out of 10, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The tranquility of the place, combined with the spa bath, was simply unforgettable.

Cons: There was honestly nothing to complain about.

Great breakfast, beautiful trees and a hot tub that alleviated stress.

Pros: Breakfast was awesome and it was a well balanced diet.The location was great, it gave us all the privacy we needed.

Cons: Can’t think of anything, it was simply one of the best getaway trips I’ve been on in a while.
