The lovely Riverbed Africa

Pros: The view and constant communication from the host up until we arrived. And notifications when there was anything we needed to be aware of. The tranquility was wonderful and the yard was spacious and the guesthouse had ample space.

Cons: We thought the blue lagoon was easily accessible until we received the map on the day of arrival

Pros: Where do I begin to share my experience with Annette and David. A big thank you to the both of them. We got stuck about 7km away. And Annette and David came to fetch us. Luckily we were able to drive to the property. On New years day, David was all ready to find out what was wrong with our car. Also, they had offered to buy whatever we needed in town. On departure, Annette came to greet us and wish us a safe journey home. I would highly recommend Riverbed to anyone as we had everything we needed. Also, it's a nice hike to get to the river in which we relaxed. Also you get the see the monkeys in the mornings and we also got to see kudus. Annette- keep up the amazing service. Pros: Annette is such a great host, the accommodation is beautiful and the views breathtaking. My friends and I throughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The roads in Lydenburg are bad, but the destination is definitely worth it.

Experience bush life for the first time this is the place to be. Very reasonable price

Pros: The place where is located you will experience life in the wilderness. It has everything nature has to offer from river to mountain and earth little creatures.

Cons: I loved everything

Pros: The location is incredible, great views and you have continous river sound in the background. It is quiet and the staff is super responsive for all questions and queries.

Cons: The river cabin is a little tight on workspace and just storage. Preparing meals did sometimes work out difficult. Additional storage for dry food items. Pack wisely as mornings can be chilly

Pros: Riverbed Africa was so tranquil and peaceful. The cabin was super clean. A perfect gateway to get away from the noise and busyness of the city. Annette was a great host.

Cons: I wish we had WIFI and a microwave inside the cabin. Microwave can be optional to those who want to use it.

Absoulutely amazing place to visit.

Pros: The location and the amenities are absolutely what I looked for from the facilities. The hike to the river and the Blougat was beautiful and scenic.

Pros: Just amazing. Annette even went all the way to give us extra blankets

Pros: The kitchen had all the necessities & the house is beautifully decorated.

Picturesque cottage in a beautifully mountaneous sanctuary.

Pros: Beautiful mountain cottage with a lovely relaxed atmosphere; open skies, fresh air, simple yet lovely amenities and a great escape from the city.

Cons: I had expected the river to be closer to the cottage and a little more accessible. Would have loved to be able to swim more.
