Escape to pure tranquility at Kubu Lodge, where privacy, a sparkling pool, outdoor showers, and the friendliest staff ma

Pros: We had such a wonderful stay at Kubu Lodge in Cyferfontein, Mabalingwe. The privacy and tranquility were exactly what we needed. It truly felt like a peaceful escape. The lodge is beautifully equipped with amazing appliances and utensils. There is literally everything you could possibly need. The outdoor shower was such a special experience, and the lovely swimming pool was perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The staff were absolutely the friendliest ever, so warm and welcoming.

Cons: The only downside was the dirt road leading to the lodge. It felt like driving over corrugated zinc sheets, with the car shaking constantly for about 10 to 15 minutes. But once you arrive, it is completely worth it.

serenity, just like Serina.

Pros: Serina was super helpful. she made our stay easier. the facility was beautiful.

Cons: the host gave us a really hard time in regards to latecoming of our friends. we did understand his frustration but he was unbearable at times. he made my stay unpleasant.

A wonderful experience!!!!

Pros: The house is beautiful and everything has been so carefully thought out. Hennie and Sarina were exceptional in accommodating all our needs. The food was delicious, and attention to detail was impeccable. Even helping us book the game drives. Nothing was too much for them. From start to finish, I can't fault anything.

Cons: That our stay came to an end and we had to leave.

Not just a beautiful place with lovely staff but an awesome culinary experience

Pros: Personalized service. Hennie was organised and friendly. His cooking is delicious. Sarinah is sweet and friendly. They work well together.

Cons: For game drives you can’t do a a late night drive as the gate closes at 20:00

Authentically friendly staff in a truly blissful setting

Pros: The quality, decor, location and sheer ambience cannot be faulted … it truly is the most relaxing back to nature experience in a luxurious environment.

Cons: There is absolutely nothing not to like … I wish we could have stayed longer. But … we have already booked another weekend ❤️
