Pros: Frans welcomed us nicely at reception and other staff they gave us good service

Cons: Wednesday before we check out we bathed with cold water that was really a turn off

Where I met someone special in my heart

Pros: That it is in town and next to Warmbaths holiday destination

Cons: They forgot to make the bed on Saturday but it was sorted when I went to the reception and reported

Every minute spent was exceptional, top notch until the moment we could not bath.

Pros: The comfortability, security and ability to assist whenever we shout for help. Not once did we feel scared, threatened or in danger. We instead felt at home, care for and considered. The aircon inside the room topped up the experience.

Cons: Room service, you should consider accommodating some of us who'd appreciate it; you should also consider having mat next to the bed/bathroom door or a mop to wipe our footsteps. Inability to access water and hot water made bathing difficult. You should also consider extra creativity for specialized room decorations, we will appreciate that.

Very good

Pros: The breakfast is of sub standard...did not enjoy it at all...please jst improve on that.. Marvelous..was very impressed about the friendliness of the staff
