It was beyond what we expected for the price.

Pros: We.lov3d the breakfast and the accommodation is 5star

Cons: Seriously nothing

Pros: I love their breakfast,the chefs were friendly, also their bartender Williams was too welcoming, he made sure that we ate even though it was closing time,and still made an exception for us when it was time to close the bar..

Cons: I love everything except that we couldn't make too much noise but I understand because other people were tired too

Super relaxing time at a Tropical Paradise.

Pros: The Property feels like a Tropical Oasis. The breakfast spread is very impressive and the staff friendly!

Cons: The pool was super slimy - grossed out a bit to swim there. The bathrooms could use some maintenance and deep clean.

Pros: Lovely tranquil place. Lovely breakfast & bar area. Great convenient stop over.

Cons: No signage off main R33 to lodge.

Pros: I love everything about it, and everyone I bring also loves it. I have lost count of the number of times I have visited it because I just love it that much. Truly phenomenal, absolutely everything about it.

Beautiful place that needs a better customer service

Pros: We booked the pool villa which was comfy and spacious although it would be nice if the bathroom was a little bigger but much of a muchness really . The unit is close to parking, the dining areas and the spa. The place is hot so the air conditioner works wonders. The breakfast is absolutely delightful. The property in general has lots of lush greenery and gives a serene vibe if you looking to just relax. I love that the place is easy to find and Google maps takes you right to their reception.

Cons: 1. Front desk staff does not communicate well with each other and really just don't know what's happening there. They can barely answer questions regarding the facilities. They need training and a better handover process. 2. There arnt alot of food options and the food is really bland but breakfast is absolutely delightful 3. The pool villas don't have any shade and there arnt any umbrellas on the deck we asked if one could be organized for us seeing that there weren't many guests on the property and alot of umbrellas that were not used and we got no response to our request. A no is better than no response at all 4. It would be nice if both sides of the pool villa could be covered. Only the one side is covered so people walking around the property tend to peek from the open side of the pool deck which is a bit unsettling if you want complete privacy 5. Their website is a bit misleading regarding the dining options, they make it seem as if there are 2 to 3 dining options or restaurants on site. Reality is there's only 1 menu and 3 dining areas (main dining area, bar, restaurant like area) you can sit anywhere but everyone gets the same boring menu
