Pros: Everything! Ohhh the place is absolutely gorgeous! The staff is amazing, they offer great service.

Cons: Their mattress protector was very very dirty and I only saw it on the day of my checking out… 😔

Luxury hotel, relaxing location & breathtaking views!!

Pros: The location is perfect just outside central Hoedspruit. Beautiful views of the mountains. Rooms are spacious, modern & beautifully decorated. Breakfast buffet was delicious and a good variety. Dinner buffet was delicious and plenty to choose from. We will definitely stay here again!!

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Radisson Hotel Hoedspruit. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient (Angelique) made the whole process easy and we immediately felt at home. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, the bed in particular was heavenly after the long drive we had, we also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning surroundings, which made the stay feel both relaxing and special. The food and service were excellent especially from the Pegasus pool bar and restaurant and every staff member we encountered went out of their way to ensure that we were happy especially the ladies that were at the breakfast desk, It’s clear that great attention is paid to detail and guest experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoedspruit and we will definitely be returning. Truly a five-star experience!

Pros: The hotel is amazing. The decoration and cleanliness are excellent. The staff is exceptional. The only issue we had was not the hotel’s but local transportation costs. If you want to go to Hoedspruit that is only 2 km away from the hotel with no traffic, you have to pay something like USD 20 that is too much considering the distance and there is no Uber service at Hoedspruit.

Pros: Quite spacious and relaxing, everything is in the facility

Cons: My suite didn’t have a bathtub but a shower was still great

Wonderful hotel with great staff and amenities

Pros: We stayed here last month and had the most amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful with two great pools and the rooms were really clean and comfortable. Our room had a lovely view over the Drakensberg Mountains. The restaurants were fantastic - the staff were very attentive (we particularly want to highlight this for the Pegasus restaurant) and the food was fantastic. The hotel was well located and we had around a 45 minute drive to Kruger Park and we were very close to some private game reserves. We arranged all of our game drives through the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed these. We highly recommend staying here.

Pros: The aesthetics of the lodge were amazing. The kids club was a plus for me because I was able to enjoy my alone time while the kids also enjoyed at the club

Cons: Most of the food on the menu were unavailable. Also would prefer if their family rooms were downstairs

Pros: I loved the look and feel of the hotel, the views, the food, the staff and the rooms. We booked the safari tour and it was amazing. Would love to come back for a longer stay. The hotel is also close to the local shops and restaurants

Cons: I think hotels should consider upgrading their tv's to smart tv's. This would be a huge bonus
