Lovely staying!
Pros: We loved our large room with large bathroom. Staff was super kind and friendly, and breakfast was amazing: plenty of choice and all very tasty.
Cons: The view from the room was not exceptional but we didn't care much.

It was amazing but the glasses were my turn off.
Pros: Breakfast was amazing fresh and with alot of options.
Cons: Cleaning , glasses smell like they were washed in the bathroom or with other dirty dishes.

Pros: Checking in was pretty smooth, and I must commend Nokuthula at the front desk, she was very professional and welcoming and that ensured our stay at Radisson OR Thambo began on a positive note. The room was neat and tidy and size sufficient enough for the family to rest whilst connecting our flights.
Cons: Stay was perfect, there were no issues.

Pros: My experience at the Radisson Hotel exceeded my expectations. I received exceptional service throughout my stay. Elizabeth assisted with the décor and did an outstanding job—the setup was absolutely beautiful. It is refreshing to see people who genuinely love and take pride in their work. Tshidi at reception assisted me with the booking and demonstrated great attention to detail by noticing that the second room was mistakenly booked for 2026 instead of 20 December 2025, which she promptly corrected. Overall, the service was excellent, and I am truly grateful to the team.
Cons: I was, however, disappointed with the way the duty manager, Bradley, conducted himself in front of other guests. When I made the booking, I had already enquired about the possibility of an early check-in, as I was hosting my sister’s 50th birthday celebration and the makeup artist was scheduled to arrive early. I was advised that, due to airport traffic, early check-in could be considered if space became available. Upon arrival at reception, I explained the situation again. Bradley immediately declined and stated that I would need to reserve an additional room. When I asked what assistance he could offer, he responded by suggesting that I use the bathroom to do makeup and change. I found this response inappropriate and unprofessional, especially considering that I had paid for an event and had already reserved two rooms. As a manager, I expected a more considerate and solution-oriented approach rather than being directed to use a public bathroom. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the level of service provided by Bradley on this occasion.
