Pros: Very efficient shuttle bus took about five minutes to get to the hotel. Ran every 15 minutes 24 hours a day. Staff very helpful rooms a bit dated but very clean overall excellent

Pros: As a regular international and domestic traveler, I was honestly very pleased by my stay here. From the food to the staff, I can’t fault anything. The shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient. This hotel will not disappoint and will book again in the future when I return to SA.

Pros: Shuttle to and from the airport. Amazing breakfast. Friendly staff. Shower was fantastic! Comfortable and clean.

Cons: Our check in took about 30min - it was a reaaaalllyyy long time to wait in line, especially when travelling with a 10month old baby.

Pros: Friendly staff, but they decide who they want to help with luggage. The breakfast takeaway option was awesome and well enjoyed

Cons: I booked a smoking room, but didn't get one allocated. We arrived very late in the evening ... close to midnight and we were tired and sweaty and when we eventually got to the room we discovered that it wasn't a smoking room. This led to calling the reception and changing rooms. I was messaged via the app that the hotel is full and I need to make payment a day or 2 prior. Firstly, I made a booking in advance and it was confirmed. Secondly, with all the travel arrangements I could've missed it and possibly lost my booking? Why can't you pick up the telephone and call your clients with such information?

One night stopover

Pros: A shuttle is included in the price and runs every 15 min to amd from the airport. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very comfortable.

Cons: There were mold on the shower floors.
