Its a great place, beautiful clean room, their staff is great and they check up on you if your fine.

Pros: Breakfast was not so great, but the location is great, clean and looks safe, it is just a street away from the mall through the casino. Their fridges are very very slow couldn't get anything cold, that was the downside of it.

Cons: The breakfast wasn't great, there were school kids who were making a lot of noise in the night...

Mixed feelings 😕

Pros: Staff were friendly and welcoming, location was great, room was neat and tidy and break fast was delicious 😋

Cons: I was woken up at 1:30 midnight by security saying that I had a fire alarm in my room, which I didn't she also ask if I had smoked in the room which I found a bit strange because I could have mentioned that on my booking detail. I was also interrupted in the morning after I arrived from running the Elands marathon around 11:30am I took a shower and I napped for a while as I was tired my room was clean and tidy, but I had a cleaner knocking and wanting to dress my room which again was very strange as the room looked like it had already been done. Those were my two not so nice moments 😕

Best place to stay at Nelspruit

Pros: Attention from staff, variety of breakfast options, clean facilities, easy to find and close to the malls.

Cons: Nothing to report.

Very pleasant stay, a bit pricy for my budget but definitely worth it. I can genuinely recommend it.

Pros: The staff was amazing, especially the woman in the counter! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Location, garden, pool, breakfast, service, facilities and everything was amazing. Very clean, both the room and all areas.

Cons: There is nothing that could have been better honestly.

Pros: Rooms were clean. Friendly stuff especially Sis Winnie

Cons: They didn't have rye bread for breakfast. The chef made a plan however the rye bread was not fresh. No Sunnyside up eggs nor omlet option. Only scrambled eggs for all guests. Eatery place is too small. There were too many guest in a small space.

Pros: The location is perfect, closer to the casino and the mall. Not forgetting the botanical gardens. I enjoyed my stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable.

Cons: The rooms TV, i prefer smart TV so that I can catchup on my series.

Pros: I loved the cleanliness and presentation of the room. It was great value for money and comfortable.

Cons: The breakfast was not good. The hotel served old baked beans and there were not many options for eggs, only boiled or scrambled.

Pros: The hotel was close to the mall and casino. The staff was friendly. They went out of their way to help. The hotel was very nice
