Naldorado Executive Villa

A 10/10 only if they could fix the cold shower water

Pros: The staff was friendly, environment clean and well maintained

Cons: The showering water was cold throughout my stay Coffee station that doesn't have a kettle. Stains on the bedding

Pros: Everything rooms are clean .staff thank you so much 🙏🙏

Cons: Drive way 😭😭😭😭

Pros: Everything was just great the staff the rooms the service Everything i can't complain at all

Cons: There was nothing not to like

Pros: I liked that everything was easily accessible, food was great, there is a bar and in the hot weather you have a selection of pools you can go to

other than that the stay was pleasant , i had a balcony allocated to my room, had supper with friend

Pros: Toilet was loose, was not screwed down. afraid will fall over On the last day, there was no hot water; the water trickled. Aircon on occasion was not working power failure the first Nite, fridge defrosted band floor was full of water. I went to the reception and asked them to mop the water since the floor was slippery. was only sorted out a few hours later?

Cons: The bathroom is very small, and the toilet was not bolted down....

It's always a pleasure to visit Naldorado when I am around Mbombela.

Pros: Spacious & Luxurious Room with Balcony showing the nice view of Nelspruit mountains & Forest The Guesthouse is situated in good suburb, safe to walk and jog

Cons: 1, No Aircon in such a luxurious room 2. No hand soap or shower gel in the dispenser 3. No Generator back-up during 2hrs load-shedding 4. Micro oven & Kettle are far from the plug & no extension provided 5. No Toilet brush for cleaning Toilet after flushing

My day was well spent very clean and friendly staff, well organized property safety and the fact that their landline is

Pros: Cleanliness and painting, I also like how their parking are been planned no sun or rain will affect your motor vehicle. I am not hesitating to come back again

Cons: I don’t like when I have to say goodbye to the friendly staff from the gate to the receptionist.

Cons: The kitchen was little bit far from our rooms.....down stairs.

Comfort Stay At Naldorado executive Villa

Pros: We recently had the pleasure of staying at Naldorado exec villa and I must say, the guy by the name Shepard n his colleagues made our visit very comfortable, every interaction we had with the hotel staff was filled with the same level of warmth and kindness. Whether it was the housekeeping staff, who greeted me with cheerful hellos as they passed by, or the fronr desk personnel, who provided attentive service with friendly conversation, we felt truly valued as a guests. Shepard was very attentive to all our needs, give that guy a bells.

Cons: When I checked-in did not checking the room that I booked.

Pros: We booked for a night ,and we ended up staying another night because of the best service we received.
