Our Stay Was Okay

Pros: Absolutely love the atmosphere around the restaurant and pool area and have a beautiful platform to make this place absolutely magic. The gardens are beautiful too and an amazing Villa that needs some attention in places. So much potential don't let it go! We do thankfully appreciate the red wine received for the wifi not working well although we do know mother nature cannot be stopped by these unforeseen errors.

Cons: As much as the potential this place has and the staff friendly but feel there is an urge to upgrade staff values and skills in terms of service (checking up more frequently). Fridges in rooms do not work properly, a fan can be added to the room as there is only aircon, and just things seen as an expert Hospitalier show some caring for keeping the chairs maintained at the outdoor restaurant and tables in order as some had broken legs etc... We waited a while for our food and was quite disappointed with our curries as we expected a lot better 4/10 for this... Please don't let this wonderful place go as it has so much potential and should we return we would love to see a difference!!!

Very beautiful and serene place to stay, was pleasantly surprised.

Pros: Friendly and very helpful staff. Very accommodating with requests. When complaining about the breakfast, management did not charge for it.

Cons: Breakfast was a big disappointment the following day. The eggs were underdone and the white was raw. Had lettuce on the eggs benedict and not spinach as per the menu.

Our stay was only one night to visit the nearby hospital. So we enjoyed dinner on site and breakfast in the morning, it

Pros: It felt like Italy, the restaurant on site made it easy to grab a proper meal, no need for Uber or unhealthy fast food, we enjoyed juicy and soft lamb chops, the beer was ice cold. The room was roomy and high water pressure showers. We had a small issue in the room, but they were quick to respond and solve it, I am very impressed.

Cons: Nothing, all was good to us.
