I enjoyed my stay.

Pros: I liked that the room was clean and the location was very convenient.

Cons: The shower area was too small and the bathroom can be newly renovated with modern features like a newer toilet or bidet.

The hotel is lucky to have such a brilliant staff. Our stay was pleasant because of them.

Pros: The staff of the hotel from the reception to restaurant were brilliant. They were professional, caring and very kind.

Cons: There was nothing that we were not satisfied with, but for the price of the rooms we would have liked a larger room with an armchair. Also, we paid for the parking and speedy internet when booking. I believe we shouldn’t have paid for them. Our internet was not any different from the other rooms!

Good hotel for a 1 night stopover in Nelspruit

Pros: Good hotel for a 1 night stopover in Nelspruit. I didn’t realise there was no lift but the guy that checked us in was great and moved us to a ground floor room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful

Value for money met beyond our expectations

Pros: Staff at reception was very welcoming, engaging and informative So was the kitchen and cleaning staff exceptional and patient and securities. Thank you for the extra service to accommodate marathon runners. The service for us was super exceptional beyond our expectations. The carbo loaded meal the night before our race, provision for coffee before race, and extended check out time. We are definitely coming back for our back to back marathon.

Cons: Don't change the exceptional service you provide.
