Awsome!

Pros: The rooms were superb, the environment, garden, trees are awsome.

Cons: Food-both super and breakfast were not up to scratch, something needs to improve here, it's unlike in 2024 during my first stay in the property.

The Hotel is budget friendly, beautiful and the service is amazing, I highly recommend it.

Pros: The room was very beautiful and spacious, we had access to wi-fi which made life more easy and the ability to access our transport with so much ease. The breakfast was delicious I am definately coming back

Cons: We had 2 single beds but 1 blanket

Pros: This was an awesome stay! So helpful the rooms are more than worth it! We had a great time

The staff were so friendly, attending to our needs and even going extra miles to cheer us up.

Pros: Breakfast was well cooked and enough, the room was clean and refreshing aroma, the bed was perfect.

Pros: I loved the garden, such a calm & peaceful place. For dinner I ordered T-bone, it was tender & juicy, loved it. Loved also the omelette & bran muffin for breakfast. I stayed at room 4 upstairs, yoooh I loved that room🙌🙌👌a Spa inside the facility plus kids play area was a bonus

Cons: At first I was given room 9, horrible, mold smell, old decor. That room needs a serious revamp. Complained & was moved to room 4, the receptionist was a darling, great service. During checkout I was expected to carry my heavy bag downstairs because there are no porters, those stairs were scary, one mistake you can wake up in hospital, I refused & maintenance guy was called to assist. Overall my stay was excellent

Pros: I can say all was great, from the recepto the spa staff.

Cons: Maybe if the kiddies play ground can be upgraded or rather fixed. The jungle gym is a hazard.

The receiption staff very warm and welcoming

Pros: The baffet we get before ordering our food 👌👌👌 And the menu has everything to jumpstart ones day, and as for the chef 🙏🙏🙏

Great spacious rooms, very comfortable

Pros: Clean and spacious room. Great location. Tasty breakfast.

Cons: Waited a bit too long for breakfast. Not enough staff to wait on the tables. But breakfast was still good.

Awesome services, nice food and a room with enough space for two

Pros: My mom and I enjoyed our room and quietness within the facility. The services from the staff was excellent from the receptionist, waitresses, waiters, therapist to the cleaners they made us feel welcomed. I won't hesitate to visit the hotel again.

Pros: I like that they upgraded me to a bridal suite when I complained about my inconvenience I experienced in the room I initially booked. The bridal suite was exceptional and breathtaking.

Cons: For the standard room, it just as an open view tv whereas on the property details it states that the TV has streaming properties. For someone that came to purely relax in the room just to reset i found that as in inconvenience. The wifi also is not strong that side
