Best Stay Experience.
Pros: Management and staff are friendly and very accommodating. A last minute booking was made and they were very understanding and made extra effort to make sure we could stay despite our mistake with dates. The staff make you feel at home and are always willing to assist in any manner. The overall vibe is very relaxed and truly feels like home. Facilities in the rooms, kitchen and overall communal areas are exquisite. Garden area is beautiful to relax in. Kitchen necessary and utilities/appliances are fully kitted. Staff keep the rooms exquisite, on the daily. WiFi connection is top notch,
Cons: That there weren't more guests. De'lush is a must see. We recommend anyone searching for a comfortable, clean and friendly place to stay to go check it out.

Pros: Tranquil Cleanliness good hospitality I enjoyed every moment there, the place is best of them all.

Pros: We loved how clean the residence was and how friendly the staff was. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The bed was comfortable and we just enjoyed the quiet. The owner was very accommodating.

Cons: - Unprofessional and Rude Staff Behavior The young man responsible for maintaining the premises was consistently rude and dismissive. He rarely responded when spoken to and often acted as though he couldn’t hear me, even when I was standing right next to him. His attitude made the stay uncomfortable and unwelcoming. - Disrespectful Handling of Personal Items One incident that particularly upset me was when he threw away my cooking oil, which I had left in a pan to cool. He claimed he thought it was water, but regardless of the excuse, this showed a lack of respect for guests' belongings and basic hospitality. - Poor Housekeeping Standards The bed linens were not changed daily, which is a basic expectation in any lodge. I had to personally request that the staff change them, which was inconvenient and unacceptable for a paying guest. - Unclean Bathroom Facilities - The bathtub was visibly dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest checked out. This lack of hygiene is not only unpleasant but also a health concern. - Unsanitary Supplies Provided Shockingly, I was handed a roll of toilet tissue that had visible fecal matter on it. This is beyond unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the lodge’s cleanliness protocols and quality control. - Substandard Kitchen Equipment The kitchen was poorly equipped. The pots were rusty and gave the food a metallic taste and smell. There was no chopping board, and the cooking utensils provided were insufficient. This made meal preparation extremely difficult and unhygienic. - Low-Quality Bedding Accessories The blue throw placed on my bed was of very poor quality. It shed fibers and particles that stuck to my clothes, which was both irritating and embarrassing. This reflects a lack of attention to detail and guest comfort
