Hotel was awesome, friendly staff, clean. Restaurant poor.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms. Smoking room didn’t smell of smoke, wouldn’t even have known that it was a smoking room. Spacious room.

Cons: Restaurant service was terrible! The waiter battled to understand us, asked again and again about our order to double check what we ordered. She was not familiar with the menu and brought food that we specifically asked not to bring. She should have informed us if it was not possible to assist with such an order. Took forever to get our food. Another couple left the restaurant because of waiting time being too long.

Pros: Self checking app. Walk in, no queue’s, no waiting-go to your booked room and open the room with the key loaded on your phone! Excellent future!

Cons: The aircon is noisy.
