Kind people, amazing safaris and beautiful lodge

Pros: Everyone is extremely kind and goes the extra mile to help you. Amazing lodge. The food was great, and if you were hungry you could always ask for something. The safaris were amazing with Caswell. He has the best eye, tracking footprints and making sure we saw all animals. Thank you, Caswell!

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

Fantastic safari experience

Pros: We had a great experience at Milima Big 5 Safari Lodge. The undoubted highlights were the two 3 hour game drives each day, with our extremely knowledgable guide, Sean. Having not been on a safari before we went in with an open mind but everything was far beyond our expectations. The service within the lodge was also great, all the meals were delicious and the staff were all very polite, friendly and welcoming.

Cons: It would be nice to have a wider selection of souvenirs available to purchase but this is an extremely small problem

An incredible stay and experience!

Pros: Our stay at MILIMA was absolutely amazing! The drives were incredible, and our guide Sean was extremely knowledgeable and passionate. The food was delicious, and the staff were all so warm and welcoming. The grounds were beautiful — we loved being able to swim while watching elephants at the watering hole right in front of the hotel. It was such a unique and unforgettable experience, and we’d definitely love to come back again!

Fantastic, exceptional and amazing

Pros: I cannot fault this experience at all….all I can say everything exceeding our expectations. Food, staff, guides, safari drives, villas, facilities were all 10/10 I can certainly recommend this little gem.

Perfect stay. So happy. Small lodge with amazing staff and a great location.

Pros: Amazing location and great accommodation. Pool overlooking the watering hole gave the best animal spotting! Staff were so attentive and very knowledgeable. Our driver / guide went over and above to find the big 5. Food was great. Can’t recommend enough.

Although the room could’ve been better maintained, it didn’t impact our stay at all, we just loved every minute

Pros: The beautiful staff made our stay extra special, they all went above and beyond. The food was just delicious, but best of all the game drives. Sean was our guide and he went out of his way to ensure we got to see the Big 5 plus so much more

Cons: Our room needed maintenance, doors not closing properly, shower not draining properly, no hot water in the basins and several times no hot water in the shower.
