Excellent, welcoming stay with personal attention from the staff! Everything was perfect!!!!!!
Pros: Location was excellent looking out to bush and animals. All food was excellent, a very high standard and there was plenty of it!
Cons: We enjoyed every single aspect of our stay. From accommodation, food and beverages, the daily tours, the staff who were a very welcoming and there to helo you!!! We also saw the Big 5!!!

An amazing choice in the heart of the savannah
Pros: Pretty much everything, the tent is so spacious and comfortable and truly makes you feel you’re out there in the wild, all the staff was so friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and the tour definitely the best part of it all, thanks to Thabo and Daniel for making our experience absolutely amazing, we won’t forget this easily.
Cons: I would suggest a pizza night on the menu lol but that’s me just being fussy

Great place but old and in need of an upgrade and new towels and pool cushions. Great staff and amazing food!
Pros: Loved the adult only concept. Staff were amazing and the limited numbers on viewers were great! The food was fantastic.
Cons: The property needs attention and maintenance. 5star rating but pool loungers are in bad condition with cushions thorn and dirty really old. Very un hygienic. Towels in rooms are similar old and over used!

The perfect safari stay
Pros: Kapama Buffalo camp exceeded all expectations. It’s a small and more interment accommodation compared to their other camps on site. We stayed 3 nights, and managed to see the Big 5 and the Ugly 5 within our stay. Each game drive had no more than 6 in the vehicle which meant everyone had a side seat with a perfect view. While it’s obviously not guaranteed I found the team did everything possible to see all animals. Saying this, I do think we had the best guide - Ben. The wake up calls at 5am were made manageable when you have an amazing guide like Ben. And, an all inclusive stay made everything so easy - great food, awesome local wines.
Cons: My only feedback would be stop making coffee from the machine at the bar, the in-room coffee-pod machine makes it so much better lol the team is obviously not baristas.

Incredible experience
Pros: Idyllic location for game viewing. Staff and facilities were exceptional. We saw Elephant, Rhino, Zebra, and Giraffe just on our way in from the airport. Managed to see all of the ‘Big 5’ by the following morning ! Guides were exceptional. Food and service were outstanding. Not cheap but definitely well worth the money.

Pros: Buffalo camp is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The tents are pure luxury. The service is 5 star right down to the blankets & water bottles provided on the chilly morning & evening game drives. The food is incredible. Everything is so seamlessly organised. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and really go above and beyond to make the experience amazing.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was absolutely amazing

Pros: Best experience ever , the room African Safari style was so comfortable ! The reserve is enormous and the guides are really experts on finding the animals !

The best travel experience ever!!!!
Pros: Everything. What an experience this has been! The property is located inside Kapama Private Game Reserve, just a 20-30 minutes ride from the airport (which started well - on our way, we saw quite a few animals, including a beautiful resting lion). The staff is wonderful - so friendly and helpful, they really do go an extra mile to make your stay as memorable as possible. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. The game drives leave you speechless. This was our third safari - and definitely it had been the best one! And we were genuinely surprised by the quality and diversity of food and drinks - menu changes every day, everything is very fresh and tasty, with a great selection of alcohol and wines. When we checked out, wonderful Claire asked us if we were said - when we said of course, she replied that it’s the goal to never want you to leave and to look forward to coming back! And we already are!

Pros: We had three fantastic days at Kapama Game Reserve, Buffalo Camp. The tents were incredible and the food very good. The game drives were amazing. Our game driver did a great job. Very knowledgeable information given during the drives.

An exciting once-in-a-lifetime experience!
Pros: Food was excellent. We appreciated the bottle of wine for our Anniversary, thank you. Our guides, Themba and Kenneth, were the best! Friendly, knowledgeable, sense of humour. They did everything they could to ensure we saw the animals we wanted to see. Highly recommend them!
Cons: We found the lighting in our tent to be very dim. A hook to hang small towels and facecloths would be helpful. Shelves or drawers to put things would be more useful than the tub which we didn’t use. I didn’t like the window on the world in the shower!
