It was amazing.

Pros: It's a great quiete place for a family gateway.

Cons: The stairs,especially if you take your parents with you.lol

Our first time in a game/nature reserve was a great one. We enjoyed the house, it felt like a home away from home.

Pros: There is ample space to sit down as a group in different sections of the house. This was an advantage as we had booked for a weekend. The open kitchen also meant a lot of us could be in the kitchen at the same time, helping and cooking. The beds were also amazing, we didn’t struggle to sleep at all.

Cons: The electricity sometimes tripped which we attributed to the weather. The stairs were a bit of a chore, but by the time we left we had gotten used to them.

Stunning view!

Pros: The view and setup of the house is amazing! Close to a small watering hole. The braai and fire area are great! The view is absolutely beautiful! We had some nyala, kudu and warthog visit us! Great breakaway.

Cons: There are a few appliances not working in the house and some things could be fixed such as light fittings, lights, shower heads, stair railings. We didn't complain about these things because they didn't really affect our stay.

Cons: There are multiple maintenance issues that needs attention, i.e. toilet and air-conditioning not working in a room, fridge not working downstairs

Pros: The house was clean when we arrived. The view was beautiful.

Cons: Small repairs need to be done to the house and appliances but nothing caused an inconvenience.

Spectacular views

Pros: Views are beautiful, elephants came to nearby waterhole. Overall very enjoyable. Great location for a group of people. Beautiful rooms. Very clean.

Cons: House and bedrooms need more regular maintenance, few things broken or loose. Was not aware of all the stairs and had some over 80 guests that could not get down to braai area, so all socialising had to be done on top floor.

Pros: Exceptional place! The kitchen has every single appliance and utensil you could possibly need. Exceptional view. Will most definitely visit Itaga View again. The waterhole right infront of the house made our stay even more special. So many animals came to say hello.

Pros: Lovely, large spacious house with a gorgeous view.

Cons: The toilet in one of the rooms would not fill up with water. Every time we needed to flush it, we had to use 5 jugs of water to fill the cistern. It was quite frustrating.
