Marloth Park

Pros: The accommodation was excellent, facilities exceptional, great viewing deck.The host was very helpful and accommodating. He arranged a game drive for us which was exceptional and we managed to see the big five and more.He recommended Jabula restaurant to us for supper and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Cons: I don't have anything I didn't like.

It's like being in the Kruger Park

Pros: The location is excellent and the viewing deck is the cherry on the top. We had some good game viewing and were also lucky enough to see elephants right by the fence, walking right past the house. The accommodation is spacious for families, well laid out and overall it is a relaxing place and nice to unwind, just steps away from the Kruger Park.

Pros: The Lookout was amazing. Saw a variety of wildlife from there. Lovely eating areas. Kitchen fully equipped, bed comfortable.

Wish we had booked more nights there

Pros: Amazing place!!! And amazing host. Great thanks to Dennis!!! Did not hope to get so many emotions from staying there. While going to this lodge, make sure you get a chance to meet sunset at the view point and also sunrise with a cup of coffee (the lodge has a coffee maker). One evening we had a dozen giraffes walking just a few meters from us (and not shy of coming closer at all) + an elephant on our side of the river. Doing barbecue while kids enjoying the pool with cold drinks (the lodge has an ice making machine) was another nice memory.

Pros: Our late arrival was not a problem. Oom Dennis welcomed us and is kind and patient. All you need and much more in a well equipped kitchen. Comfortable and clean.. A home away from home.. With the difference of Crocodile river on your doorstep.. Beautiful animal sightings.. Sunset drive a must.
