Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The host was incredibly sweet, warm, and welcoming from the moment I arrived, which instantly made me feel at home. The facilities are excellent, and the venue itself is immaculately maintained you can truly see the care and attention that goes into every detail. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure a relaxing stay. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-kept space with exceptional hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning!

The best accommodation you will find in Hoedspruit

Pros: John & Annalie are the kindest hosts we‘ve ever met and they made our stay unforgettable. The lodge itself is gorgeous and beautifully furnished. The lodge is located in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate and is surrounded by nature where wild animals like warthogs, zebras or giraffes are roaming around freely. Amazing stay, we would like to come back soon.

Peaceful & Memorable

Pros: We spent three nights in Sabie before continuing on to Hoedspruit, around four hours further north. We specifically chose to stay a little longer in the Kruger area so we’d have the flexibility to head into the park for self-drives if we fancied, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. It also made exploring the Panoramic Route incredibly easy. The accommodation felt very secure, set within a gated estate surrounded by wildlife, which added to the whole experience. The hospitality was truly exceptional and the breakfasts were delicious. We genuinely loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. A huge thank you to Annalie and John for making it so special!

Cons: To be honest, nothing! The gated entry could be a little inconvenient at times, especially for quick trips to the shops, as you needed to exit and re-enter each time. A car is definitely essential for staying here, but as long as you’re aware that the property is located within a gated wildlife estate, it’s all part of the experience and absolutely fine!

Fantastic lodge

Pros: We absolutely loved it here! Everything is very modern, the rooms are big and the bed is extremely comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Pros: - the lovely manager of the beautiful lodge booked us a wonderful safari to Kruger national park with pick up at the lodge, our safari guide was amazing! Would recommend! - very friendly and pleasant stuff - amazing breakfast with fresh fruits and a la carte menu to choose from (the English breakfast was so delicious!) - we enjoyed the outdoor shower next to our bathroom so much, we saw some giraffes while showering - the wildlife estate where the lodge is located in was so amazing and perfect for a day spend or early morning walks
