Great value and vibe in Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate!

Pros: Superb breakfast, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, hot breakfast as well. Coffee machine makes specialty coffees too! Love that. Owners and staff are very welcoming and caring. My second stay here and I hope to return. Air con in rooms, good wifi, everything works, and is well kept. Animals such as mongoose, duiker, and warthog family walked by my room too. Roof top patio for a great view especially for sunsets.

Cons: Nothing.

First class accomodation in a lovely setting.

Pros: I was very pleased to reach Switsongo after a long day driving through the Kruger. It was one of the nicest places I have stayed during holidays I have spent in SA. The hosts are very welcoming and put lots of effort into ensuring you have everything you need for your stay. I enjoyed the breakfasts made for me each morning by their friendly staff.

An definitely going back and am recruiting my friends and colleagues to visit the place

Pros: The host was very friendly and welcoming. The room was tastefully furnished. It had all everything I needed for my 1 nights stayover. I loved the location.

Pros: Beautiful, quiet spot on the wildlife reserve just outside of town. Breakfast was superb and cooked to order!

Cons: Nothing at all, it was absolutely perfect!

Such a convenient and welcoming place and so special to be able to enjoy a safe game walk.

Pros: Breakfast was lovely and the staff were exceptional.

Cons: The owners are super people, very accommodating and our only negative comment if that there were to few adaptors - for example, I needed to use my own adaptor to to the hairdryer. I am quite that if I had asked they would have had one for me.

It felt like home

Pros: The hosts are amazing and we felt very at home ! The apartments are beautiful and the area is wonderful and adventures. Everything is very clean and we couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. Koen makes you a wonderful breakfast which is a South African version of English breakfast from Belgium. We are looking forward to our next stay <3

Cozy Room, Wildlife, Delicious Breakfast, Incredible Hosts!

Pros: Our stay at Switsongo was a wonderful surprise! We enjoyed a peaceful and quiet atmosphere in a cozy, well-lit room, with the added delight of wildlife visiting right outside our window. Switsongo has an excellent location within a well-maintained nature reserve, offering both incredible access to wildlife and complete peace of mind regarding security. You can do your own safari on foot or by car, at any time. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. What truly made our experience exceptional, however, were the hosts, Christine and Koen. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. We couldn't have asked for more!

Great place and Host

Pros: The place is in a wildlife estate and safe enough for a walk. The place is beautiful and clean, well decorated and Kiki and Coen were so friendly inclusing the staff Tracy.

Cons: The bathrooms did not have fregrance spray.
