Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Country Lane Lodge. What makes this place truly unique is its location right in the heart of a beautiful macadamia farm—it’s peaceful, refreshing, and incredibly scenic. The staff were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for warm hospitality and a serene nature getaway, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Cons: I couldn’t have asked for a better stay—there wasn’t a single disappointment.

Charming stay close to Mpumalanga airport

Pros: Stayed in the king room for 1 night on our way out from Kruger. Property is a very interesting and beautiful working farm. Manager was helpful and friendly. Room was large, comfy and clean with A/C and wifi. Breakfast was great including a very good cooked breakfast, buffet and coffee machine. Be careful with listing on booking as it seems to suggest room does not come with a bathroom but don't worry it does.

Lovely peaceful location in a beautiful setting

Pros: The location was lovely perfect location to unwind. Staff where extremely courteous, polite and friendly - made us feel extremely welcome. Enjoyed the nice touch of cracking my own macadamia nuts.

Cons: There was nothing not to like. If we did not like anything we would have simply left and found somewhere else. If anything some people left and just had to come back !. It was just what we were looking for a location to rest and unwind.

A very nice lodge

Pros: Bryan, the host, was super friendly. The breakfast is very good. Delicious coffee. The garden is beautiful. Drinks are available. Fruits are in the breakfast for you. It was amazing.

Cons: The bed was too hard. But the design of the room is very beautiful.
