The staff were great, the rooms were much bigger than expected and I am glad I got the private pool.

Pros: The staff were very friendly especially Claire. Breakfast was great and the chalet was very comfortable.

Pros: A true gem in the heart of Hoedspruit The chalet is very large and spacious, offering everything you could need. The highlight is the small private pool — thank you so much, dear Clare, for the upgrade! Clare is an incredibly friendly and wonderful host who makes everything possible and is always there with great tips and support. We’re really looking forward to our next stay! We will definitely be back!

Pros: It is a beautiful unit, we loved the pool and outside area.

Cons: The WiFi didn't work and was not fixed. Also we never got the key to the second bedroom for our son.

Pros: The staff were all amazing and super friendly. The food was cooked to perfection and just amazing.

Cons: The only downside was that we upgraded, but went from a foam mattress to a spring mattress. But a foam mattress is just personal preference for us.
