Affordable value for money bush escape

Pros: Super spacious, I loved the bedroom setup and the outdoor shower was my fav. Love the pool area as well. Overall great value for money lodge and the kitchen has most equipment and appliances if you would wanna cook, loved that too. Wifi connection was great as well. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Cons: Not completely private, I could still hear the chatter from guests booked at the other lodges next to N16 and the gardeners roam around a lot. I could hear them speak & chat early in the morning, the cleaning ladies too. That was my least favourite thing especially when I came to escape & relax.

Pros: I love the location. It was so peaceful. I loved the private swimming pool. I enjoyed it so much. Everything was accessible. The staff is always around the property in case you need anything.

A taste of the bush

Pros: Lovely cottage in the bush with private plunge pool and outside braai area

Cons: Architectural design fault - open plan bathroom with toilet in the bedroom! Very slow wifi. Blinds do not block out early sunrise.

Very private

Pros: The place is great to relax. Wish I had booked a longer stay.

Cons: The open plan bathroom is not ideal for a longer stay. If someone flushes the toilet when the other person is sleeping, you definitely waking up. Could be better with a closed toilet behind a door for hygiene purposes and not in an open plan bedroom.

Great place to stay in a convenient location

Pros: Great location, with a nice small private plunge pool. Large comfy bed and nice outdoor shower as well as an indoor bath. Very quiet location but easy reach of town.

Cons: Not a big deal but the garden water feature might have attracted the mosquitoes, I did get bitten while in the outside deck area.
