The Stella Guest House & Spa

Amazing service

Pros: Stella has become my 1st and only choice of preference when travelling within the Ermelo area. This was my third time booking at Stella and I love it. The staff were welcoming, considerate and hospitable. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and to the standard expected.

Cons: Everything was good. In consideration of the area and prices paid in other places, Stella is on the steeper side, be as it is, I would still choose Stella.

Pros: Modern and clean accommodation, friendly staff, good breakfast. Secure parking.

Pros: The place felt safe. Clean, furniture excellent . Staff was very friendly and helpful Food and delicious Ambiance excellent

Perfect

Pros: We were warmly welcomed and escorted to our room, asked about breakfast the night before. The room we had booked was spacious and beautifully designed. The breakfast was impeccable and the service during breakfast quite pleasant.

Home away from home.

Pros: Great service, it was freezing cold. When we arrived the aircon was on in the room and electric blankets were on. The room is perfectly decorated & clean. It even had a iron. The staff is super friendly. There was a massage thereapist available on site. She was great! The breakfast was very tasty & a big portion. It was safe with high walls and electric fence. We will most definitily stay there again. It was a great stay.

Pros: Location, very helpfull staff. Sello's service of the best that we have experienced. Food was excellent. Nothing to complain about.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the guest house. The room was exactly as advertised. Very clean, spacious and airy. The staff was great. The gentleman at reception is amazing! Very friendly On a side note we did not get our champagne and bathrobes as advertised on the site. Please courier the champagne through and thanks😅

Lovely, will be back if we come to Ermelo again.

Pros: The guest house is lovely. The room I stayed in was clean and basic. The staff are lovely, very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is delicious and freshly made. The only negative is the shower in our room-it takes forever to warm up and the pressure is terrible. Next time I will also pay a little more to get a bigger, more luxurious room with a shower and bath in the main house.

Great Stay

Pros: Comfortable, clean , great service and great aesthetics. I travel monthly to Ermelo for work and this property lends peace to a busy day

Cons: I was not given a password for the WIFI.. and once in my room didnt really want to vanture out. perhaps the password can be left in the room for the guest

Pros: Received a warm welcome upon arrival. The staff are very friendly. The supper was the best chicken I have had in a very long time and the breakfast was delicious. The room was clear, spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommended!
