Pros: Character, the obvious commitment to making it look lovely. Plants, statues, bric-a-brac… all in great decorative order, quaint, pretty, tidy… Rooms spacious, tasteful, comfortable. Disability catered for, ground floor room, only 1 step. Shower has a small step, but a grab rail too. Toilet seat NEEDS ATTENTION, AND A HANDRAIL, especially as toilet is quite low down

Cons: Quite a step climb to reception, especially if it had bern me with the disability.

Pros: Very friendly receptionist (I am so so sorry, can't remember your name 😞) who went the extra mile to accommodate our family to have dinner on the terace, even though it was only delivered pizza's. Tablecloths, plates and cutlery, cushions, the works. Very neat and clean, I felt bad taking off the beautiful decorations on the bed! Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Cons: The stairs might be a problem for someone who can't manage that. They did however offer to help us with the luggage, so I only mention this if climbing stairs are an issue for you.
