Pros: Was a great relaxing weekend, exactly what we needed, rooms and facilities were great an clean, pool area and service great padel courts were fun

Wonderful and happy family Christmas .

Pros: The hotel and surrounds are beautiful . We spent most days at the pool where our grand kids enjoyed everything thoroughly. Because we had a child with very specific dietary needs that we arranged beforehand for, the kitchen and staff was most accommodating . Thanks a lot Chef and Bettie . The festive and Xmas atmosphere made for a fantastic week in the Lowveld

Cons: The spa; ,pedicure and massages were a bit lack lacking. Maybe because the staff had to work a lot.

Pros: Beautiful resort. Lovely facilities. Excellent location to visit kruger

Cons: Rooms really need a upgrade. Food was average

Best Family Holiday Ever

Pros: The stay was all we could of asked for AND MORE! activities for adults as well as for children, it was a stress free holiday for the family which is rare to find! and the food was beyond incredible and the staff were helpful and always smiling and pleasant, the kids didnt want to leave!

Pros: The place is a dream! Friendly staff & guests😂 believe it or not. Entertainment is 100%,its the perfect place to spend with family and just connect

Cons: Their food especially the dinner meals. It was just not it shame.

Pros: The property is beautiful and easily accessible. It is also close to a strip mall and restaurants.

Cons: The breakfast and dinner is limited so it does get boring

If you're a couple looking for a quite place, then this is not the place. Many families with kids .

Pros: Breakfast was the same every morning. There was not a big selection for non meat eaters. They do not also tell you that you can order pancakes if you like.

Cons: Not a large selection for non meat eaters.

Sabie Sun River Resort Experience

Pros: The inclusion of the breakfast and dinner. It was also well prepared. The property facilities and the place itself was beautiful. The chef specially preparing food for my daughter that was heartwarming. The staff members were nice Allocating a room low leveled since we had a baby The porter service The daily activities

Cons: There was no onboarding on arrival as usually one is told from how the key works, wifi access, times of the food and services offered so people are aware without asking. There should also be bathtub options for people with babies as its hard to bath with them in a shower. The allocation of the soap and shower caps need to align with the number of people in the room.

Great family holiday.

Pros: Enjoyed the variety of activities available at the resort. Exceptional setting and well maintained grounds. The meals offered a good variety.

Cons: The service was slow. The pizzas were burnt. The oats one morning was burnt and not replaced. The puddings were poor. Lots of dried out cake. The children activities were dismal. The program sounded promising but was poorly executed.

It was a great break and lovely to restarted so many years.

Pros: We loved returning to the place after 42 years. Many changes to see. We were first here on honeymoon in 1983. The food was wonderful!
