Lovely hotel, would definitely return

Pros: Room was basic but extremely comfortable with hot water, decent choice for breakfast and friendly staff - what else could you need from a hotel?

Pleasant, great breakfast and dinner. Courteous and very helpful staff.

Pros: Although somewhat dated the room was very spacious and comfortable . Great swimming pool.

Cons: The location of the room is subject to a lot of traffic noise.

For the town, this is surprisingly inviting and top notch. We'll be back.

Pros: This is a very, very nice accommodation in the heart of town that was a big surprise. The facility was modern, but with the quaint feel of history and region. Service was top notch both prior to arrival with communications, answers to questions regarding the sites in the area with bad weather, etc. Staff was helpful with parking that was safe and secure, carrying bags, and also the staff in the restaurant and bar. The food was exceptional. (The salad was the best thing we had eaten in SA in a week) and the other food was very flavorful, just a tad overcooked. We loved the wine options and cocktails were great!

Cons: There isn't much to complain about. The weather was bad with catastrophic rains, so we were unable to enjoy the beautiful pool and secure, inviting gardens.

Pros: The dining room staff were warm and welcoming, making every meal a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and offered a lovely view of the small garden, creating a peaceful retreat.
