Pros: The breakfast was perfect, we enjoyed it very much. The play is clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the swimming pools as well.

Cons: We were a bit disappointed about the tennis area because we were looking forward to playing it. We didn't have enough drinking water in our rooms as well as a dustbin

Pros: The food was excellent, the room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The reception staff went above and beyond by organizing our game drive and preparing a packed breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the property and would gladly return.

Great location and venue, can only get better with time based on customer experience & feedback.

Pros: The resort has well maintained gardens & buildings and has a Greece like feel to the architecture. Staff are friendly and the rooms were super clean. WiFi was stable and fast. Check in is easy and quick.

Cons: The shower head in our bathroom needs replacement with a modern one that does not make noise whilst showering. Also, the shower head should evenly distribute the water whilst showering.

Best place to stay outside Kruger park.

Pros: It's underestimated place to having rest and relaxing, enjoy forest and birds. Not far from gate to Kruger park. Room spacious and convenient with own terrace, all was clear. Kettle for coffe/tea. Pool and territory with forrest. Resort was built as a little village with small streets between lodges and apartments. All keeps in working and clearness. Near the Hazyview city with all needed - shop center, lots of fruits. Special thanks to staff - welcoming and supportive, helped us organise game drive and collect breakfast, gave us apartments with a nice garden view! Wish to come back and stay for a long time.

Pros: The staff from reception, cleaners and restuarant, were all amazing. I've never experienced such in any other Resort or Hotel. You all go the extra mile to keep your guests happy. On our next trip we coming with the kids. Ohhh I loved the personal touch on the tv screen in our room for welcoming the guests.

Pros: Our experience at the resort was great overall, with several highlights and a few areas for improvement that I hope will be addressed for future guests. What we loved: \t•\tThe staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. \t•\tThe property was beautifully maintained and a pleasure to explore. \t•\tThe breakfasts were exceptional and a real treat each morning.

Cons: What could be improved: \t•\tUpon check-in, we were directed to Room 3, but upon arrival, we found it had not yet been cleaned. This required us to return to reception and wait while alternative rooms were checked. Eventually, we were given a new room, but this initial inconvenience could have been avoided. First impressions of your room play a significant role in setting the tone for the vacation. \t•\tThe Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and frequently cut out, which was frustrating at times. Despite these minor setbacks, I would definitely return and look forward to an even better experience next time.
