Very nice rooms and beautiful, safe courtyard

Pros: The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They had nice bedding and a top sheet, which is a bonus! The bathroom was equipped with modern design and clean towels. the weather was raining so we didn't get to enjoy the pool and outdoor bar, which looked like it would be inviting in the sun!

Cons: The restaurant was ok, not terrific. I had stopped to review a menu earlier in the day, to which a server gave me one to take with me to my room. When we went back for dinner, there was a very small limited menu to choose from. Communication about what is included in the booking \

Peaceful, Friendly and accomadating

Pros: Properties very well situated and the staff was very friend and accommodating! Will highly recommend them!

Cons: Would recommend upgrading the TVs to start TVs and upgrade the WiFi. That way guest have to option to link their “Netflix” or other streaming services during their stay. Besides that there’s nothing else I walkouts change.

We have enjoyed our stay

Pros: It was our first time to visit little pilgrim boutique hotel and the stay was pleasant. Perfect location and welcoming staff, environment was tranquil. Nearest to the Krugers national park, shopping mall and restaurants.

Cons: First of all Family rooms didn’t meet our expectation, it’s just one room including King bed and 2 single beds or bunk bed and a single toilet and bath. Secondly, they have enough space for Braai/BBQ but they didn’t allow and there wasn’t any halal food available for lunch or dinner.

Over and above all, we really had a wonderful stay. The food was great and the staff friendly.

Pros: We loved the breakfast, definitely value for money. We were well fed. Great customer service and definitely value for money.

Cons: The aircon in our room didn't work well, however, the staff attended to our query promptly and looked into it. 2) We didnt have a baby chair and had to carry our 1 year old on our laps. I saw a few families with toddles so investing in baby chairs would be a great idea. 3) There seems to be 1 iron and ironing board and guests had to wait before they could use it. Again investing in more irons and ironing boards will be a great idea.
