Worth the rands

Pros: The property is extremely clean, with great facilities . The staff is friendly and very helpful. The environment is excellent. The overall property operates with order.

It was excellent. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Pros: The staff was friendly..the receptionist Percy was so friendly together with her co worker, a gentleman whose name I didn't get. Taelo helped us with our luggage and was friendly..breakfast was delicious, the restaurant staff was welcoming especially their manager ( also didn't get his name. They were always willing to help and were very warm. The room was cleaned perfectly every single day. The place is beautiful and child friendly. We didn't need to go out for entertainment since they have darts,chess, board games, swimming pool, out door play area, pool table and table tennis. A great place for bonding as a family.

Cons: The WiFi was on and off. Not reliable.

Wonderful stay at the Winkler

Pros: The food was excellent. Very well prepared and exceptionally delicious. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the facilities were excellent.

Cons: The showers are tiny :( that was my only complaint. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable.

I was happy and really enjoyed my stay.

Pros: It is spacious good for the family, there are activities around the property that you can engage in. The staff was friendly and they went all out to meet our expectations. They have a variety of food when it comes to breakfast.

Pros: Really nice property, exactly what we wanted. Food was nice, reception staff was amazing always, some of the restaurant staff was great. Loved the pool and wild animals, room was spacious, bed was great. Parked right in front of my room.

Cons: Security staff is hopeless, nothing can save them from their jobs. Not friendly, not bothered by serving people, not welcoming first impression for clients. Clean under the bed there are dead insects, soap holder in the shower is broken. Some of the restaurant staff has clearly been there for far too long, no smiles and friendly faces. Housekeeping didn't replace our shower gel on our second day for some reason.
