Pros: The staff was welcoming and friendly and the food was nice

Cons: The room.was not ready even when I came later than expected. But it was not a major concern. Everything else made up for it

Pros: Hazyview Sun is a nice location with well tendered gardens and view by the restaurant and pool pleasing to the eye. Staff was friendly. Thank you.

Cons: The musty smell of the room,I think its about time they upgrade from carpet to tiles( there was also stains on the carpet as you enter the door, tgat does not make good first impression). Tiles don't absorb moisture and retain smell when cleaned properly. Secondly, it woul help to have a small fidget or bar fridge in the room,although you are supplied with water, not quenching thirst much when warm.Thanks.

Pros: Excellent work staff. I give them 10/10 everyone from the gate to the kitchen to the porters. Everyone!

Cons: Queus at the egg/omlette station at breakfast. Not enough seating space at the dining hall at breakfast hours.

Pool Area Thanks

Pros: The facility is close to most attractions, and the hospitality from the staff is excellent. Many thanks to Vuyo, the gentleman who was always there to help us. Much appreciated.

Cons: The pool area is too small especially when it's pick times, if they can add another pool because the facility is quite huge. In my opinion that can be a good idea going forward.

Great family environment!

Cons: The place could do with a little refurbishment like new carpets. They are a bit old but nothing to write home about.
