Breathtaking

Pros: Breakfast had a lot of options and different varieties for both days

Cons: Dinner on the second night took way too long considering that there weren't a lot of guests in the restaurant at the time.

I loved everything about it. It was the best birthday weekend stay

Pros: That it has an electric blanket and it was warm. I like the shuttle services. The bedding smelled clean. And the staff was so friendly and amazing

Cons: Nothing really. Just one side of the electric blanket wasn’t working. And that there isn’t enough dustbins around when walking

Top Tier Experience

Pros: The staff were absolutely amazing from the second we drove through. Checking in was seamless, the view is breathtaking. Rooms are cleaned daily whether you request for it or not and that was truly nice. The food at Mumsy's restaurant, was 5 star (both breakfast and dinner) We really had a treat and I'd like to appreciate the receptionist lady with the beautiful accent (forgot to get her name) and Constance our housekeeper for arranging the birthday special and executing exactly what was promised. Also, the turnaround time for requests was literally immediate.

Cons: The was a loose gutter kind of noise during the night when it's raining we did report it and the ground staff was on the roof checking within minutes.

The view sells this hotel but the staff make this hotel memorable

Pros: The view is something to behold. A great location to explore the various attractions in the area. But what really makes this hotel is the staff. A shout out to Distance for his patience in showing us the various room types. Lebo for her amazing massage after a long drive it was exactly what was needed. Reception staff for all the amazing tips and friendly smiles
