Bush magic!

Pros: We loved our stay. We were a large family group, and the house was perfect for us. The highlight was definitely sitting in the pool or on the patio, watching animals come down to drink at the river. It was magical sitting around the fire pit at night listening to bush noises. The game drives we did with Doctor were incredibly special, and he was very knowledgeable. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive and communicated well. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

Fantastic and relaxing stay in a great location and a wonderful house

Pros: Property was fantastic with a beautiful river front view. It was fantastic having two rooms connected to the house with privacy for the other three.

Pros: The location of the house is stunning and facing the Crocodile River, and the sound of the river is so serene The house is also stunning, we love love it.

Cons: The kitchen utensils, especially pots, need replacement, and the dishcloths were not cleaned properly. The housekeeper needs to pay attention to detail when cleaning and washing the dishes. The outside showers need cleaning and cutting the trees hanging in there The throws didn't smell clean.

Breathtaking in every way

Pros: An absolutely stunning home, spacious and beautifully designed. The location, right on the Crocodile River, was incredible. Corné went out of her way to accommodate our needs - we held a small wedding celebration while there and it couldn't have been more perfect. The staff was also very helpful and unobtrusive. We appreciated having a generator - made the loadshedding quite tolerable. We enjoyed several game drives with Jesse - she was excellent but the cats still eluded us.
