Pros: I had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard Hotel in Midrand Waterfall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. IT WAS AMAZING

Pros: EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. FROM SECURITY THE GATE TO THE RECEPTION STAFF.THEY REALLY HELD OUR HAND EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Pros: Everything was lovely, clean & the staff were super helpful & friendly!

Cons: The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the food, overpriced and just not up to the standard of the hotel. But with that being said, the drinks were cold and the staff were super attentive. Not a dealbreaker but definitely something they should work on.

Pros: Staff were super attentive, helpful and friendly. Hotel is very well situated and for those who enjoy shopping and trying new restaurants there is an entrance straight in to the Mall of Africa across the road.

Cons: ROOM SERVIE MENUE CAN EXPAND A BIT, SPECIALLY FOR LIGHT SNACKS LIKE CHICKEN WRAPS

Pros: Good location near shopping centre. Comfortable room with large walk in shower. Breakfast buffet was good quality. Staff friendly and helpful.

Pros: I loved absolutely everything,the staff were so helpful and professional. The food 👌 . The room so tidy it looked brand new . On valentine we had a table set at the reception full of strawberries ,chocolate and balloons . Thank you so much.
