Perfect stay at great loctaion with great security.

Pros: Perfectly situated, great security. Staff was attentive, efficient & professional. Very clean establishment. Food menu options was not extensive but adequate for 3 star establishment - food was well presented, good portions & tasty.

Great place to stay

Pros: I specifically requested a bath and the reservation staff assisted me in achieving my request. No request in general was too much to ask. Hotel is close to Mall of Africa which gave many options to eat out for dinner or do some shopping close by.

Cons: Housekeeping were very slow in cleaning the room daily, making it difficult to work from my room undisturbed.

Pros: The location of the Hotel was perfect and it is very neat.

Cons: I went to the mall at 9 am giving them time to clean up my room, I came back after 3pm but the room was still the way it was,, There was no fridge ,No iron.

Exceptional!

Pros: Everything was simply perfect! From the staff to the comfort and the views. Absolutely blissful!

Cons: The drainage in the showers weren't that good. The bathroom flooded everytime we showered

Pros: Everything! Our room and other facilities were very clean; the staff provided excellent services; the restaurant and the pool area were just a breath of fresh air. And not to forget the location....convenient at its best!
