Pros: The environment was great, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, from the security to the porter and front desk office.

Cons: The cappet in the room for people with sinus and allergies is not good.

Emergency overnight stay that is worth the spent.

Cons: The family room that they gave me was big enough Thank you for that BUT the was no fridge that was very DISSAPOINTING at such a beautiful hotel please put same fridge and do better.

Pros: Receptionist staff day & night shift staff ensured i was moved into a room conducive for my studies. Maintenance removed the faulty shower nozzle replaced with a new & working one. Breakfast staff warm and friendly.

Cons: Crockery sych as mugs glasses are washed in the toilet, that's unhygienic. When theres no sink staff should bring fresh & clean utensils from the kitchen. When there are two mugs there must be 2 teaspoons. The showe screen needs to be glued to the bath edge, so that water doesn't flow into the floor, would save towels. The light was inadeuate for my needs the cleaner brought a desk lamp.

I will choose Premier Hotel anywhere I travel away from home

Pros: The breakfast was perfect and the staff were very professional

Cons: There was no running water on my 2nd day so we could not take our bath or flush the toilet. We were expecting to receive communication from the front desk to explain why there was no water and there was no alternative way out.
