overall though, the hotel is good. the staff make up for any shortcomings.

Pros: Breakfast was good. We were eating veg, so the chef went out of his way to cater for us.

Cons: the showers are not to my liking and seriously need to be upgraded. travelled with my 76 year old mom, and for her to climb into a tub to shower doesn't make sense. and the flow of the shower as well is bad.

AMAZING HOTEL, DONT WALK RUNNN !!!!!!

Pros: How kind and helpful the staff were such as Lionel and the rest, how cozy the rooms felt especially the beds! The atmosphere was truly breathtaking and the breakfast was perfect, I would stay there again just for the breakfast haha!!

Cons: Everything was exceptional.

Neat and comfortable

Pros: Comfy bed, lovely hotel and grounds. We arrived late due to delays but check-in was easy and fast. Stayed one night but it was good.

Cons: No one helped us with our luggage when we arrived late at night and again when we left the next day no one helped us with our luggage. We had to lug it around and carry it into our taxi ourselves.

I would say the hotel and location is perfect 👌

Pros: I liked the food it was so delicious. The buffet, breakfast and bar area I had wonderful cocktails

Cons: I didn't like cleaning time..they came around 4pm to clean my room but after a complaint It all went well.

Pros: Breakfast was great with a wide selection, day 1 I did miss the pastries but they were there the other 2 mornings so maybe we were late. Felt safe the whole time and always had water and electricity! Staff were very friendly and helpful All in all a wonderful stay

Cons: Room service was okay, we ordered shoestring fries but was just normal fries minor issue though.
