Pros: The service was exceptional, I forgot my ID, and I informed the hotel manager- she delivered my ID, the next day through a quorier service.

Exceptional / Staff Very Accomodating

Pros: We forgot some clothing items upon checking out, and we reached out to the facility and the staff were amazing, they found our item and kept it for us in safekeeping. Exceptional service!

Cons: I was allocated 2 single beds even though l booked a double bed..But that's a Booking.com fault not Constantia hotel
