Please do proper stair case and your staff must be welcoming. Otherwise the rooms are good.

Pros: It’s clean, the staff needs to be a more welcoming

Cons: That I had to use outside steel stairs and carry my bag up

Pros: The sincerity,, the comfort and the area as a whole is beautiful

Cons: There was a certain smell of drain that was not good in the bathroom.

Great place for couple relaxation

Pros: The room is big and spacious, has a kitchenette and bar fridge, the shower was also spacious and the bathroom itself has lovely mirrors. The staff were all friendly and their service was excellent.

Cons: The double bed is a bit small, the dstv did not work properly and needed me to use my own details and even then it was super slow, otherwise everything else was good.

Great

Pros: I loved the buffet offerings(both breakfast and dinner), it would have been an added bonus if it was added to the cost of the stay. The staff were super friendly and willing to answer any questions or assist. The room and bathroom were very spacious.

Cons: Our room received 1 bottle of water on the 1st night, which was okay, given that an additional bottle was brought to the room upon request but on the 2nd night, again only one bottle of water was received but I could not get myself to call again since I expected it to be known that there is more than 1 guest in the room.

Pros: Clean property with air conditioner and friendly staff. The dinning area also caters for special dietary requirements on request.

Cons: The room had a Kitchenette with no crockery and cutlery.

Pros: Pearl at reception was very friendly and the short staff lady was very helpful. Will definately book again. We attended an event during the day and we were very tired, we showered with hot water and fell asleep, woke up refreshed as the bed was very comfortable

Cons: My room phone was offline and walking over to reception and restaurant in whilst on online meetings was a bit distracting..

Exceptional stay

Pros: I loved everything about the place. From the checking in, Frans helping us with our luggage, explaining how the TV and air-conditioning in the room works, I couldn't have asked for more. The food from the restaurant was delicious, the service exceptional. It will be my ho to place when I am in the area
