Pros: Everything was good, the staff were friendly and welcoming

Cons: We had to carry our luggages all way up to 3rd floor using the stairs😶 Toilet flushes very slow like its running out of water😏 They must include breakfast money on the accommodation please, because we thought it was included😫 only to find out we had to pay I was asked about any request that i need to add but I didnt get anything🙄

Pros: The manager on duty was great and our safe didn't work in the room so we got moved and upgraded which is was amazing Staff was extremely friendly too

Peaceful and a space to breathe

Pros: Welcoming and friendly at reception, it was peaceful and clean everywhere, our room as well as the bathroom was very clean and comfortable.

Pros: A warm welcome as always. The Town Lodge is very clean from the front desk, restaurants, Bathrooms, hallway and rooms. The food is healthy and served with a warm smile by the chefs and waitresses. The security is good, welcoming smiles and greeting from the gate to the Town Lodge. I look forward to staying here in the future when I visit Polokwane.
