While the hospitality and service are commendable, I believe a few enhancements to the entrance and surrounding areas could further improve comfort and safety: - Lighting for Security: The entrance is located a considerable distance from the boom gate. Additional lighting along this stretch would greatly enhance visibility and provide guests with a stronger sense of security when arriving, especially at night. - Directional Landmarks: Clear markers or signage (for example, indicating “1 km to hotel entrance”) would be helpful for guests, as there is still a short drive required after entering the property before reaching the hotel itself. - Grounds Maintenance: Regular cutting of the grass in the surrounding area would improve the appearance and create a more welcoming environment. - Road Surface: Addressing the sandstones and uneven sections of the road leading to the hotel would make the drive smoother and more comfortable for guests.
