We absolutely loved it, such great memories and will definitely be back

Pros: Our stay at Dawson’s Game Lodge was absolutely exceptional. The food was incredible – every meal was beautifully prepared and truly delicious. The staff were polite, courteous, and incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The lodge itself is tranquil and serene, with exquisite Victorian farm-style charm and soft, warm lighting that instantly puts you at ease. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. We absolutely loved the quad biking around the farm and the game drive experience. Seeing the breathtaking mountains, beautiful nature, and all the incredible game on the property was unforgettable. Our kids had so much fun, and we as parents were able to properly unwind and recharge too – the perfect balance. 10 out of 10 – we will definitely be back! Great value for money 👌🏼

Cons: I would have loved an option of a Cappuccino in the room instead of only Nescafe coffee More milk in the room for the coffee if you wanted to have a second cup A little bit more time in between the courses of meals to make space for the next meal. It is a lot of food 🤭

Pros: Bertie and his team were amazing. Nothing too complicated for them to organise And the muesli was an 11/10 The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times. The food was superb, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Pros: The setting of the lodge is stunning, and the decor is beautiful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times. We enjoyed the delicious meals, a beautiful hike to the waterfall and a game drive where we saw a variety of antelope. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Incredible

Pros: This property was amazing and a true gem that we had the fortune to experience. Staff, food, decor landscape, building all absolutely amazing. Highly recommend full board package, the meals are incredible and one gets to feel the actual lifestyle of living in the lodge. My daughter even sat outside at 3 in the morning playing with the wild horses that run through the property. Magical and magical experience that we are blessed to have been able to share a small bit of.

Cons: That I had to leave and go back to work

Wonderfully Magical

Pros: What's not to like? Everything was spectacular. The food was superb, the room was comfortable. Everyone really went out of their way to make sure everything was to our liking and included little extra touches to make sure that it was a wonderful experience for our 20th Anniversary. All the staff were friendly and helpful but a special shout out to Zeph whose big smile and welcoming charm made you feel right at home and then of course the lovely Lerato, whose bubbly friendliness and enthusiasm was like visiting with an old friend a real gem. Thank you all again for a truly wonderful time

Exceptional

Pros: The service was very good by all the staff and especially the extras done for my wife's birthday made our stay wonderful. The meals were well planned and delicious. Cannot say that there was anything that we did not love.
