Pros: the Ezulwini house was extremely beautiful, the pictures do not lie! beautiful property and a fairly easy yet equally challenging hiking trail.

Home in the Wilderness

Pros: A home in the wilderness, deep in nature...the sound of the birds and marine line fill the air at night. The views are spectacular and the ancient ruins are a sight to behold.

A slice of heaven in the woods

Pros: The place is a slice of heaven. The lodge is nestled among trees and a lake/dam. It's a peaceful and tranquil environment. I loved the quiet, the nature and the location. We woke up to birds chirping, it felt like we were so far removed from civilization. The house overlooked the cabin and the lake and views were breathtaking. The grounds were well maintained, we even had a picnic across the lake 🙂

Cons: It hailed on the day we arrived, the house leaked but the facilities team explained that the hail blocked the flow of water and they quickly cleaned up. The property needs some maintenance, the walls are cracked, one of the shower floors Is cracked. The outside shower area isn't maintained- it would have been nice to use the shower outside - it's quite a feature. All of these issues are minor but if fixed they can improve the whole guest experience.

A weekend closer to nature

Pros: Stunning nature trails. The house offers anything you need from a self catering perspective.

Cons: Remember that evening temperatures in this region of the country can be quite chilly - luckily the hosts offer firewood for sale so that you can light a cosy fire in the unit.

It was very relaxing and we really enjoyed the break away from the busy life.

Pros: Beautiful location peaceful and relaxing, the groundsman Sam guided us on the walking trail, beautiful mountains. Kitchen was fully equipped. Kids loved hiking.

Pros: The accommodation was clean, spacious, and had everything that was needed for a weekend away. Peaceful, clean air and amazing views.

Cons: It was just too bad that our weekend was too short to enjoy the most of what Incwala had to offer. Still wanted to get to do a few things, so it looks like we will have to go back🥰

Value for money

Pros: The atmosphere is very calming. The staff is excellent and friendly. The Garden is well kept, and the mountain hiking is exciting and insightful. The place is historic and spiritual ✨️ 🙏.The kitchen is excellent, and the pool compliments the stay.

Cons: The fact that there's no TV in the house. The road leading to the place is not comfortable.
