Relaxing, beautiful and unique experience

Pros: The staff (mumsy, Sam, Mary) were so friendly and attentive. I changed my plans a few times and they were so helpful. The room and location is so beautiful and relaxing and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Cons: Wish I could of stayed longer

Pros: There isn’t a better place to relax and enjoy being in nature, the owners Dominic and Sam are the the most kind and attentive hosts I’ve ever seen. We will be coming back to Kusudalweni. There is no other option in the Kruger region than Kusudalweni.

Pros: The owners, the staff, the FANTASTIC Chef, the wonderful experience in the BOMA for supper. There are very few if any lodges that go above and beyond for their guests. I went for a few days with my daughter and we were fussed over constantly.

Pros: Steffi makes delicious food and the dining area setting is great. From the warm welcome by Colleen to the radiant smile of Mamsy, wow. Dominic made sure our stay was comfortable and was great engaging with him.

Pros: Great hospitality, food was great, made with love. The chef always interactive explaining how she prepared the food and is very passionate 😍. Samantha and her team were exceptionally great.

Pros: Our stay was truly unforgettable, and a significant part of that was the exceptional dining experience. From breakfast to dinner, the food was consistently delicious and beautifully presented. Chef Agreement is clearly a talented and dedicated chef. Her passion for cooking shines through in every dish, and her attention to detail is impeccable. We were particularly impressed by the creativity and flavor combinations in her dishes. The lodge itself was also very well-maintained. Our room was always clean and tidy upon our return, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The culinary experience alone is worth the visit

Cons: The lodge itself was comfortable, and well-located. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a frustrating administrative issue between Booking.com and the lodge. There was an error in the Booking.com system that resulted of incorrect price booked all inclusive but the system recorded full board, and the error on immediate payment which it booking.com system, could not be amended for either immediate payment or changing the boarding. This resulted in me losing a few thousand rand. While the lodge staff were friendly, neither Booking.com nor the lodge seemed particularly interested in resolving the situation. This lack of communication and effort to find a solution was very disappointing.

Pros: Everything! This place is amazing, the staff is amazing! I never review anywhere but this place deserves it all!

Pros: Das instalações, dos funcionários e gerentes (todas as pessoas), da comida e dos passeios

Cons: A iluminação no quarto pode ser melhorada. Como a proposta é ser all inclusive creio que deveria haver mais oferta de bebidas, principalmente a reposição no quarto.
