Nestled on the foothills of the Mariepskop Mountains in the Blyde River Canyon area and 25 km outside of Hoedspruit, Amafu Forest Lodge offers a rim-flow pool and restaurant. Pros: The place is peaceful and nice. Enjoyed every single moment of my time there. I wouldn't mind coming back.

Highly recommended

Pros: The view of the mountains is breath taking. We stayed in die cottage. It's beautiful spacious and everything you need. This place is a gem and we are definitely returning. Very romantic for couples also. I left happy. Thank you Amafu.

Pros: The chalet was really big and nice in a forest it was a good experience.

Cons: The place is full of crawls and insects if the can just put a doom or insect repellent in the challet.

Great value for money.

Pros: The views from the tented deck was incredible. The bed was super comfy and everything was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the braai area and the swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast that is available for a very reasonable price. There are a lot of wonderful activities nearby and nice eateries as well. Will definitely visit again.

Great view, great stay!

Pros: We stayed in the Cerinus house. It was very spacious and very clean. The 2-ply toiletpaper was a big plus. We stayed for only one night, and wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were all very clean and the linen smelt very fresh. Each room had a fan which was an automatic 5☆ for me! I would highly recommend to anyone. Very affordable price!
