Moholoholo Forest Camp

Lovely stay in the best room ever!

Pros: Most beautiful room we have ever stayed in,(no9) exquisitely decorated, huge space, most comfortable bed, stream bubbling outside the room, just superb! Supper and breakfast was excellent!

Cons: We were there for Valentines day/evening - and the owners refused to put any special touches to celebrate Valentines in order to make it just a little special for guests staying there on Valentines. Not a chocolate on the pillow, no decorations for supper - just a little red touch- serviette/candle/flower/soft music - it does not take much to make it special and it is only for 1 day a year - think that is just appalling for a business in the service industry, and I can say that as we have been to places for Valentines that left us with a bottle of champagne in room and a box of Lindt chocolates without us having to pay a cent for it. Very disappointed!

Pros: Absolute amazing location in the middle of a huge private property. Very good quality diner and breakfast . Very attentive staff . We will definitely come back in the futur .

Cons: Can be difficult to access with a regular car due to its long and bumpy road . We liked it though with our SUV : )

Pros: Management and the rest of staff were very nice and friendly. The room was big enough for us and enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The food was amazing and seeing those Zebras just walking past room was 👌🏿.

A wonderful place to stay - luxury bush experience.

Pros: A fantastic start to our safari holiday. Excellent accommodation with private cabin and luxury bath. Lots of lovely animals came to visit which was a bonus. Delicious dinner and breakfast included. Overall one of the best places I’ve stayed and very well priced.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great!

Lovely start to our stay in Africa

Pros: Lovely room, very quiet with animals roaming outside. Staff went out of their way to help us. Lovely communal area as well with tea and internet.

A real forest camp

Pros: A real forest camp ! The last some hundred meters was as a dirty road right thru a forest. Camp itself has animals walking around. and you can enjoy them sitting at your veranda. The room was spacious with a large bed and everything in an unique forest camp style. Surprisingly good food was served. They also has a small bar.

Cons: Nothing; But be aware you only have internet at the restaurant and reception.

A great stop over.

Pros: Great location, easy to find. Comfortable accommodation. Lovely to see many wild animals right by the rooms.

Cons: Access at the gate is not clear. Couldn't find a buzzer at the gate and had no access code for the keypad. Second night we were very rushed at dinner. My plate was removed before I'd finished chewing, and it seemed the lady staff member was rather keen to lock up after an hour. Otherwise food is great and service is smooth.

Lovely, peaceful stay in the bush

Pros: The staff were exceptional and the food was delicious. I would definitely stay here again

The accommodation and the food is just great and well worth to dtay at Moholoholo. Staff is super friendly

Pros: We love the kind of chalets in the bush, the sound of the nearby lions and the free roaming animals. Was already pur second time staying there, we will come back.
