Idube Game Reserve

I would recommend this lodge to anyone. It was the best of the many lodges we have visited.

Pros: The breakfasts were excellent as well as the lunches and dinners. The game drives were spectacular. We saw the Big 5 continually. Bongoni, our tracker and Mark, our driver were terrific. One morning they tracked a leopard for a couple of kilometres and found him.

Cons: We liked everything. There was nothing we didn't like.

An unforgettable experience

Pros: Well where can I start? I think it’s staff that really makes this place special. From the time we arrived they were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We had FJ as our ranger and Ian as our tracker and they looked after us like family. They work really well together and made sure we had some incredible sightings. The kitchen and wait staff were are all so lovely as well. The food was delicious every day and we looked forward to seeing their smiling faces at breakfast….even though we had been up since the crack of dawn! Thanks Idube, you made our stay truly memorable.

Cons: I think the only downside for me was the lack of decent wifi in the rooms. A couple of times I wanted to call home in the evening but couldn’t. There is more reliable WiFi in the main building but after dark you can’t walk up there so it was a bit restrictive. It just means you have to plan things around that.

Charita and her team went above and beyond to make this stay special for us.

Pros: Breakfasts were delicious, all hot food was cooked to order and there was always a lovely selection of fresh fruit, and a different juice each day. Our waitress Petunia always had a smile

Cons: There was nothing not to like. The room was comfortable and clean, we loved the outdoor shower. Food was exceptional, the game viewing was out of this world. it felt like being part of a big family rather than just being on holiday

Amazing

Pros: Hier stimmt alles. Zimmer sind sauber und toll eingerichtet.Sehr naturnah gebaut. Dusche nach aussen zum öffnen u.direkter Zugang zum Pool. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. (Es wird gekümmert.) Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen für jeden ist etwas vorhanden. Frühstück auf der Aussenterasse ist gigantisch,vor allem wenn dann eine Herde Elefanten zum Wasserloch kommt. Auch das Essen hat eine sehr hohe Qualität. Besonder muss man die Pirschfahrten erwähnen die gigantisch waren. Hier möchten wir besonders FG und Mike erwähnen die eine Super Job machen. Wir haben es genossen von den vielen Infos zu profitiern u.haben auch alle BIG FIVE gesehen. Die beiden kümmer sich um Ihre Gruppe wie Familie. (Besonderes Lob an Euch hat unsere Tage sehr bereichert)

Cons: Nichts

Pros: Wir haben 3 wunderbare Nächte in der Idube Lodge verbracht. Es wurde alles renoviert und die Zimmer sind sehr gross und wunderschön mit einer Terrasse. Es ist sehr familiär und das Personal und die Manager waren sehr aufmerksam. Auch von den Game Drives mit Marlu waren wir begeistert, er wusste sehr viel zu erzählen und wir haben viele Tiere gesehen. Dieser Aufenthalt bleibt unvergesslich.

Muito caro para o que proporcionam

Pros: Localização e conforto dos quartos. A equipe de limpeza e manutenção dos quartos é excelente Os funcionários dos safáris são excelentes e muito amáveis

Cons: A administração do lodge é muito rígida e tem preocupação exagerada com gorjetas.

Amazing place, exceptional stay!

Pros: Nice suites, spacious, comfortable bed, nice outdoor deck area. Food was excellent. Well-prepared, nice choices, loved the outdoor dinners. Game drives exceptional! We had a great driver/guide named FJ who was amazing! All staff so welcoming and friendly, made us feel like family.

Cons: Bathroom was oddly shaped so a little cramped and the indoor shower made the whole bathroom wet and slippery (luckily we had used the outdoor one for all but one shower). Big gaps during the day....wish there had been some other programs available to fill the time maybe about bird-watching or cooking classes, or even group games like bingo.

Pros: Todo en general, desde la llegada están preocupados porque pases un gran momento mientras estes ahí, cuidando muy al detalle cada una de las etapas. Es totalmente recomendable y si van no se van a arrepentir de la estancia. Los safaris que pude hacer fueron increíbles, el ranger y el seeker hicieron un trabajo maravilloso además de ser muy cercanos y preocupados. 10 puntos para Joas y Congive!

Cons: Lo único que quizás podrían considerar es que los bebestibles sean parte de lo incluido, creo que no es necesario excluirlos de la tarifa, pero te lo dejan claro del inicio y es un aspecto bastante menor en comparación a todo lo bueno que entregan.

Pros: Cibo ottimo e ampia scelta. la posizione all'interno della riserva è impagabile. i safari sono andati al di là di ogni più rosea aspettativa. tutto perfetto
